Introducing the Lactic starters Computerized System and Daily products coagulation effect monitoring system. These instruments are developed by collaborating study of Alliance Instruments and INRA and used for daily products, especially for cheese and yogurt.
Hydrolysis test based on freezing point determination is used as FPD calibration of infrared analyzer for milk testing. We provide the hydrolysis test system which is easy in operation with multiple measurement mode.
